The Farm Chennai, started in 1974 is an integrated dairy farm with cows & water buffaloes. The bovines enjoy a free-range life, feeding on wild grasses & wallowing in water bodies. The milk is pure & rich; a clear reflection of the healthy lifestyle of our animals.
Of all the things we make with milk, toffee is our favourite! It is soft, chewy, fudgy & all things good. This Toffee is made with equal parts of Cow & Buffalo Milk. Fresh milk is cooked until the proteins & sugars break down to form new molecular chains and undergo the complex Maillard reaction.
Every batch of Toffee is made with ten litres of cow milk and ten litres of buffalo milk. No guesses how we came up with this name.
