A cheese platter, in a box. These Cheese Boxes include a selection of our Farmstead, Artisanal Cheese, paired with condiments, crackers & bread made in our kitchen. The boxes are designed so that you can enjoy each of the cheeses with any of the accompaniments. Open up the bottles, cut into the cheese & feel free to explore. The Bhutanese dish Ema Datshi combines 2 ingredients - Chillies (Ema) and Datshi (Cheese). Our version uses a mix of fresh whey Ricotta & Madras Pepper Jack. Two varieties of chillies are used as well - red Habib chillies & green Jalapeños. Served with potatoes (Kewa) and Sourdough crackers.

Butter Bean Hummus
Grown in abundance in the Western Ghats, Butter Beans are our choise of local, seasonal plant protein to make Hummus. True to their name, the beans are naturally creamy, buttery & all sorts of delicious. The two variants of Hummus we offer include produce from the same region - the Nilgiris. Served with sourdough crackers.

A Pâté tends to be rich & creamy with deep flavours. The perfect balance to this Fat is always some form of Acid. Our Pâté is topped with lightly pickled Teardrop Chillies that aren’t spicy but burst with bright capsicum flavours. Take a slice of toast and spread across a thick layer of pâté. Top with the pickled garnish and enjoy! Fresh mushrooms sautéed in butter & cream with fresh green chillies for our own take on the Pâté de Cèpes. Served with toasted Sourdough Baguette.

The bowl is an exploration of all the amazing edible fungi we have in our kitchen - Mushrooms, Yeast & Molds.
A pyramid of Bloomy Rind cheese on Button Mushroom paté, surrounded by an assortment of mushrooms [The variety of mushrooms varies each day based on harvest]. Finished with a Soy-Brown Butter Glaze. Soy sauce is made by fermentation using guess what - Fungi! (Aspergillus oryzae & Aspergillus sojae). Served with Sourdough Baguette to mop it all up. The Starter Yeast for a Sourdough is also a Fungi (Saccharomyces exiguous).
Pizzas
Our signature wood-fired Pizza is made with fresh dough, slow cooked Pizza Sauce & baked in a traditional style oven using wood from our plantations. All the Cheese used on the Pizza is made right here on the farm with milk from our Dairy.

A traditional farm-style meal, Ragi Koozh is an ideal lunch for a warm summer day. It is made using organic ragi flour, farm-grown rice, farm-fresh buttermilk & seasoning. Served with Kara Kozhambu, Keerai & Sambar onions.
Kadhi Chawal - Rs.750
Traditional hand-churned buttermilk cooked into a classic Uttarakhand-style Kadhi. The pakodas are made from Pasalai Keerai that grows wild in our garden. Served with Ponni boiled rice, Aloo Jakhiya and fried green chillies.

Wok-tossed local rice with lacto-fermented Kimchi, sauteed mushrooms, spring onion greens & toasted sesame. We make the Kimchi from scratch in our kitchen & it is 100% vegetarian.

Konkan Seafood Thali - Saturday & Sunday - Rs.1100
Inspired by our travels along the West Coast, here is our take on a Konkan Seafood Thali. The flavours of a Konkan meal rely on ingredients that we have in abundance in our world - seafood & coconuts, both fresh. Our Thali includes boiled rice tossed in a Hirwa masala made with fresh coconut, green chillies & coriander leaves. The Malvani Crab curry made with backwater crabs sings of kokum
& thirpala. The Rava fried Fish changes every day, based on the catch. Fresh sea-white Prawns are lightly fried to go with the rice & Dried Prawn thecha made with coconut & peanuts adds one more seafood element to the plate. This Thali is served with Sol Kadi, a digestive drink made from fresh coconuts & Agad (kokum extract).
Schmaltz & jhol - Chicken rice - Rs.850
This plate is created around some of the building blocks of our kitchen; blocks that encourage us to work Nose to Tail - Schmaltz & Broth. The rendering of the Chicken skin into fat (Schmaltz) & the slow cooking of the bones into an aromatic broth (Jhol) allow us to bring layers of flavour into the elements of this plate. Chicken Schmaltz Rice with breast poached in Jhol. Served with roasted tomato chutney and preserved lime & herb chimichurri.
Seer Fish Fillets
When you live by the coast, you make friends with the local fishermen so they will call you every time they have fresh catch. The Seer fish we use is caught in the sea just a few kilometres away from us.
