From Spiti Valley.
Grown in the neighbouring Kinnaur district, apples are harvested, hand-cut and dried on rooftops in the sharp Spiti sun.
 
They retain their natural sweetness and can be added to desserts, smoothie bowls, trail mixes or just enjoyed as a snack.
