We run a micro-Roastery on The Farm. Speciality grade green beans are sourced directly from estates across South India; from Coorg, Chikmagalur, Pazhani Hills & Valparai. We focus on light & medium roasts to best bring out the subtle and delicate flavours of these carefully processed beans. The beans are roasted to a unique profile and blended post-roasting.
This results in bright, flavour-rich and full-bodied coffees.
