Inspired by the Spanish Manchego-style cheese, Queso Coromandel is made with Buffalo milk & aged for two months. The natural rind has the classic basket-weave pattern.
It is nutty, earthy & creamy and has a unique taste of terroir.
All our cheeses are cut by hand,
resulting in variations of 10g to 20g per piece.
