Take a ball of fresh Mozzarella and smoke it using mango wood chips. The resulting cheese is firm, smokey & full of flavour.
 
The texture allows for this cheese to be sliced thin and the smokey flavour lends itself very well to accompany cold cuts.
 
All our cheeses are cut by hand, 
resulting in variations of 10g to 20g per piece.
