An annual affair, we make Mango Chunda in the peak of summer in the old-fashioned way. Raw green mangoes are grated, mixed with spices & sugar and cooked in the sharp summer sun. This process takes 7-10 days of cooking until all the flavours come together to make this slightly tart and sweet relish.
