A semi-hard cheese made from cow milk with mild creamy flavours, this type of cheese is typically made after the city in which it is made - eg. Monteray Jack & Colby. Naturally then, our cheese found its name, including the addition of organic black pepper corns.
All our cheeses are cut by hand,
resulting in variations of 10g to 20g per piece.
