A fresh cheese made with a mix of cow and buffalo milk, Halloumi is light, airy and has a signature squeak to its bite. This cheese has a very high melting point, which means that it can be pan seared to have a crisp outside while the inside still remains super soft.
 
All our cheeses are cut by hand, 
resulting in variations of 10g to 20g per piece.
