As the name suggests, this is a young, semi-hard, mildly flavoured creamy cheese that could well be an all-rounder in its usage. The Young Jack is a great cheese to start kids off on their experience with farmstead, artisan cheese.
 
All our cheeses are cut by hand, 
resulting in variations of 10g to 20g per piece.
