The most well known of all, Mozzarella is cooked, melted, stretched and folded to become this multi-layered, moist, soft, fresh cheese that can be enjoyed in so many ways. With our herd of water buffaloes, it was an easy choice for this to be the first cheese that we learned to make.
 
All our cheeses are cut by hand, 
resulting in variations of 10g to 20g per piece. 
Price will be calculated on actual weight.
